Increasing vitamin D levels in your body may cut your risk of pancreatic cancer dramatically, according to recent research from Harvard and Northwestern universities. By examining data from two large health surveys researchers found that taking the US Recommended Daily Allowance of Vitamin D (400 IU/day) reduced the risk of pancreatic cancer by 43%.
