A new focus at Fresh Healthy Useful!

Towards the end of last year I decided that I would like to take the Fresh Healthy Useful blog in a new direction. Instead of just focusing on posts about useful health news, we’re now going to focus on providing a wider range of useful, high-quality information related to health, fitness, and beauty. Here are some of the topics we’re going to try and cover…

  • Alternative health and healing techniques
  • Anti-aging methods and products
  • Effective fitness techniques (including aerobic exercise, strength training, and flexibility)
  • Healthy weight loss and weight maintenance techniques
  • Natural skincare and beauty techniques
  • Ways to create a healthier home or office
  • Reviews and useful information related to popular health, fitness, and beauty products

If you’ve followed the blog for awhile, you probably already know that we’ve “dabbled” in some of the above topics (e.g. product reviews) but now they’re going to become a more central focus on our site. In order to properly cover such a wide-range of topics, we’re going to try and increase our posting frequency to multiple times per day.
