Study: Fruit & fiber keys to maintaining healthy weight

Eating more fruit and dietary fiber each day can help you maintain a healthy weight and avoid obesity, according to a new study from University of Southern California. Just more evidence that eating a diet high in fiber, fruit, vegetables, and complex carbohydrates (like whole-grains) is the key to losing weight and maintaining a normal weight.

    Yes, fruit and fibre are the two F’s to staying in shape. They say that’s why lean people stay lean - they eat whole grains instead of white bread/rice, and the eat lots of fruits and veggies. It’s so easy to make these changes and see the difference.
