Eating fish and taking fish oil supplements can help you to lose weight, according to a new study from Australia. According to researchers, the healthy omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil increase fat-burning by improving blood flow to muscles during exercise. In the study, people who walked or ran 45-minutes three time a week, and took small daily doses of fish oil, lost an average of 4.5 lbs over a 3-month period.

“We were very surprised to see it was so effective, especially since these people were still eating whatever they wanted.“
