Following a low-carb diet does not lead to weaker bones, according to new research from Florida. Bone loss due to a change in blood acidity has long been a concern related to low-carb, high-protein weight loss diets. This, along with other recent good news (see below) involving low-carb eating, should make fans of the popular diet very happy!
