Don’t like to jump rope? Help may be on the way…

Jumping rope is one of the best all-around exercises you can do to improve your fitness. It can help you lose weight, develop better muscle tone and endurance, improve your cardiovascular conditioning (not to mention your coordination and posture!) and reduce your chances of developing health problems like heart disease, obesity, diabetes, and osteoporosis.

Best of all, it’s pretty fun to do and may even stimulate the brain, making it a great exercise choice for children!

But if you’ve avoided jumping rope because you seem to trip up a little too often, or because the rope always hits the ceiling, or because your coordination just isn’t up to par yet… there’s good news. A new “ropeless” jump rope is in the works that allows you to enjoy most of the benefits of rope jumping, without the problems!
